Terms and Conditions (9/11/2021)

By visiting this store and participating in the services we provide, you understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Payments are one-off, unless explicitly specified to be a subscription. The word "permanent" here refers to the moment of purchase, up until an official declaration of service termination.

2. Our service can at any time be interrupted, or discontinued. Your purchased goods will still be considered valid as long as we're still in operation. If the server is ever to shut down, all purchased items will be void, although we can decide not to.

3. You acknowledge that there is a strict no refund policy due to the digital and intangible nature of the items you subscribed. No refunds will be granted except on special conditions. Attempts to circumvent our no refund policy through filing unauthorized charges and disputes via paypal or other means will result in your purchases being void, your account being banned, and everything else in our power. If you are having problems with your payments or the content you received, please try to contact us first via our discord server. Taking actions without starting a conversation is never a wise move.

4. You are, by no means, forced to donate. We're not a bank, and you're not allowed to retrieve donations with any personal excuse. We reserve the rights to refuse to the provision of your subscribed items, if our policies change.

5. Never use your rank as an excuse. If you're caught breaking the rules of the server, you are just as well capable of being banned. Most punishments do not include removal of purchases, however severe ones such as doxxing do.

6. Our goods being sold by third parties aren't our responsibility (e.g. ranks/perks/account selling). Purchasing items for someone is allowed but a chargeback will result in the buyer, and the receiver if proven as an accomplice, being banned.

7. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other companies for any reasons whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering purchased products or service requested.

8. Everything can be subject to change without prior notice and you are required to follow the latest version of the Terms and Conditions. Even though rank or perk removals rarely happen, it is still within the realm of possibility if we deem it necessary.

9. By buying anything here, you are assumed to have read and confirmed all the Terms and Conditions. No information obtained by you from our store or through any third parties shall create any warranty, guarantee, or condition of any kind, except for those expressly outlined in these terms.
